Very Good Shrimp Egg fu Young! Whenever I'm in Illinois I go to J's Peapod! The Service is Great, they also deliver! It's a busy place and friendly atmosphere. Highly recommend by the way No Peas and Carrots in the patty! Yeah!!!Highly Recommend
The food is Usually fresh and fast. I've never had a bad experience but compared to other spots, the portions could be a little bigger. It's still a staple in my house though.
I ordered for delivery to Dyer yesterday. The food came quickly. Hot and all delightfully fresh. Very delicious. I don't usually review but I felt J PEAPOD deserved a compliment. Thank You! I will be looking forward to my next time to order.
Food is consistently fresh, chow fun noodles are amazing. New to area, lived near Chinatown and J's Peapod is right up there with the best in my opinion. Haven't been disappointed yet.
We always order take out from J's Peapod whenever visiting home in Chicago. The food just hits different. I've had my fair share of Asian cuisine and I think this place does it great. We always order their beef fried rice, sweet & sour chicken, and beef broccoli.
They have fast delivery and fresh entrees. The chicken rice soup was delish. Portions are great and and always enough for the next day to reheat.
Jeff Lo, the owner of J's Peapod has sadly passed away. Both locations are closed permanently.
